BOILERMAN-MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of boiler, ensuring boiler operation is in safe condition and compliance to factory and machinery Act 1967. • Responsible for trouble shooting malfunction and establish necessary corrective action. • To oversee the day to day operations of the boiler (chemical, blow down, cleanliness) and ensure that the premises are maintained in tip top. • To ensure a safe, comfortable and clean working area periodic maintenance of the areas in surroundings the Boiler House. • To control and monitor boiler machine, including upkeep boiler's operation data and safety aspect. • Able to multitask and performs minimum supervisions works. • To make necessary preparations and attend for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities (DOSH). • Implement guidelines/codes/standards/legislations in line with the Factories and Machineries Act (FMA 1967). • Willing to work on rotating shifts.

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
• Qualification by DOSH (Boilerman Grade 2)
• 2 year experience in boiler operation & machine maintenance.
• Familiarized with applicable guidelines/codes/standards/legislations in line with the Factories and Machineries Act (FMA 1967).
• Able to work on day/night shift.
• Able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
