HDP OPERATION SUPERVISOR

• Supervise daily HDP production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation. • Monitor machine performance and coordinate troubleshooting with maintenance when required. • Ensure production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are met. • Enforce compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards, Dept 5S. • Manage operator work allocation and provide guidance and training. • Coordinate with production planning, QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams. • Prepare production reports and analyze downtime or operational issues. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Polymer, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar manufacturing or paper packaging production operations. • Experience supervising HDP operation process is preferred. • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills , .
