EXECUTIVE-PRODUCTION

� To ensure high performance and effectiveness of mill operations through continuous productivity, process, quality, yield, cost, manpower optimization and development, safe work culture and practice � Optimization of manpower resources to achieve set quality and quantity targets � Ensuring products are made according to specifications, targets and schedule � Smooth running of day-to-day operations and activities in meeting customer�s requirements � Develop and carry out process improvement strategy across Production Department � Establishment and maintenance of ISO procedure � Prepare routine operational report and document update � Analyze operational data for continues improvement initiative and process cost reduction exercise

� Possess Degree in Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent � Preferably those with 1-3 years related working experience in manufacturing industries � Fresh graduates with good academic results in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering are encouraged to apply � Possess good command of both written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia � Ability to handle multitask and meeting datelines � Good communication skills and management skills � Must be able to work under pressure and tough environment � Willing to be on call during rest days and work overtime � Willing to work at Banting area (near KLIA, Sepang) � Hostel will be provided for those from outstation
