ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN-MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

1. Responsible to upkeep all corrugating and converting machine & ensure in good working condition and perform routine maintenance. 2. Responsible to execute preventive maintenance to all machineries. 3. Able to troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunction and to establish corrective action with minimum supervision. 4. Update daily maintenance records and other performance indices to the Maintenance Manager, whenever required. 5. Liaise with outside service for machine repair and breakdown with approval of Maintenance Manager. 6. Undertake any task as directed by superior or senior management. 7. Responsible for factory building and facilities Maintenance. 8. Intermediate knowledge in maintenance works ie. Grinding, welding, fitting, fabrication & installation. 9. Basic knowledge in pneumatics & hydraulics 10. Able to work at height and under heat stress. 11. Able to support plant on weekends, on-call and rotating shifts.

1. Minimum SPM qualification with 2 years working experience in related field 2. Computer literate
