Job Description

Manage the service team. Main task is servicing pump, gearbox and other rotating equipment.
Plan and guide the group of fitter to achieve the quality and quantity that determined by management
Plan weekly maintenance and manpower arrangement.
Service checklist must be maintain well.
Able to work long hours.
Participate in the plant scheduled shutdown to support plant team.
Responsible to promote safety culture among workers.
Responsible to promote 5S culture among workers

At least 5 years of Working Experience in maintenance/servicing of rotating equipment.
Must have working experience in Heavy Industry such as Steel Mill, cement mill or Paper Mill.
Recommended to have basic computer skills. SAP skills will be an advantage.
Able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia. Able to write in English or Bahasa Malaysia
Must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical.
