Job Description

To identify production needs / areas for improvement, gather information, generate ideas for the efficient working procedures.
To monitor the development and enhancement of measure and analytical methodologies to ensure that appropriate parties are aware of improvements and changes.
To study existing process and find ways to improve quality, consistency, material control and lead time.
Execute continue improvement plan, Kaizen, Capex project and ad-hoc project as instruct by superior
To lead project team in the completion of process improvement project plan and cost saving program.
Involved & as committee member of QEMSSC for ISO 14001, ISO 9001, etc

Possess at least Bachelor�s Degree in engineering / manufacturing or any other equivalent programs
Preferably those with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field
Fresh graduate with passion in continuous improvement.
Fluent in spoken and written in language of Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Possess strong in project management, process mapping, statistical analytic on collecting data.
Hostel can be provided for candidates from outstation
Willing to work near KLIA (near Sepang, Banting)<
